The Northern Tool Facade project at 2920 E Washington St. is complete with everything but a sign! This facade project, with funds from LISC and the City of Indianapolis, has helped this building immensely by giving it new windows and doors, replacing broken glass block, repainting the surface, and installing lighting and signage (yet to be installed). This building is also directly across Washington Street from the new Parker Place apartments which will be complete by April of 2019.
