The tower at Pleasant Run Park is now complete. The artist who created the tower is Jude Odell, who creates clay installations and relief tile murals, mosaics, and painted murals with students and teaches lessons in a variety of art media, currently with Young Audiences of Indiana, the Indianapolis Art Center, and Garfield Park Art Center.
