Maple Crossing: Illinois Street Building Sold

The building located at 3902 N. Illinois Street, adjacent to Tarkington Park, has been sold to NapTown Fitness and Boaz Construction. The partnership will bring the NapTown Fitness facility currently located at 53th St and the Monon Trail to the Maple Crossing neighborhood and should add to the increasingly active feel of the park-side area.
