Midtown Indianapolis is hosting the annual Anchor District Forum Sept. 19 - 21, a conference of urban anchor institution based development groups. A big portion of the second day will revolve around and take place in Maple Crossing. The Anchor District Council is a coalition of nonprofit community service corporations working in partnership with education, medical, and arts/cultural anchor institutions to transform city anchor districts and their adjacent neighborhoods.
