In partnership with the Kheprw Institute and New Life Development Ministries, Midtown Indy issued a Request for Qualifications seeking a Construction Manager for the upcoming commercial construction/renovation project which seeks to upgrade the Concord Building, 3802 N. Illinois Street. One key stipulation of the RFQ was that the winner be willing to work with New Life Development Ministries staff to help provide building trades training for a cohort of young people in the program.
